1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Hytale Top Servers (the "Site", hytaletopservers.com) you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes means you accept the revised terms.

2. Accounts

Sign-in is provided through Discord and Google. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, manipulate rankings, or abuse the Site.

3. Server Listings

• You may only list servers you own or are authorized to represent.
• Listing content (names, descriptions, banners, links) must be accurate, must not infringe anyone's rights, and must not contain malware, scams, hateful content, or content inappropriate for a general gaming audience.
• Listings are public. You grant us a non-exclusive license to display, format, and distribute the content you submit for the purpose of operating the Site.
• We may edit, delist, or remove any listing at our discretion, including offline, misleading, or rule-breaking servers.

4. Voting & Fair Play

Rankings depend on honest votes. Vote manipulation of any kind — bots, scripts, VPN or proxy vote farming, incentivizing votes with raffles that violate platform rules, or circumventing the 12-hour cooldown — is prohibited and may result in vote removal, delisting, or account termination.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to interfere with the Site's operation, attempt unauthorized access, scrape at abusive rates, or use the Site to distribute spam or malicious content.

6. Third-Party Servers & Links

Listed game servers are operated by third parties. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, uptime, purchases made on them, or your interactions with them. Joining a listed server is at your own risk.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Server statistics, player counts, and online status are best-effort estimates. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.

8. Intellectual Property

Hytale Top Servers is an independent fan-made community project. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Hypixel Studios or Riot Games. Hytale and all related trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
